Worthy Pomeranian Reports & Reviews (1)

Our family was looking for a cute teddy bear pomeranian to be a part of our family when I came across worthypomeranian.com. I reached out to them and we had conversations back and forth. After days of speaking with them, i had sent payment ($550) and was told the puppy was in transit to me. Then I received another email from the "agency" that was transporting the puppy "Air Animal Pet Movers" (real company is located in Florida and they do not have offices any where else. Also, they do not tell their customers to make payments via Western Union FYI) stating that insurance needed to be purchased before placing the puppy on the plane. I spoke with the breeder, Danel Jerry, and told him of the situation and he begged me to not let the puppy go through this horrible event all alone. I felt bad for the puppy too, so I sent another $1080 to the "agency". The next day, I received another email from Air Animal Pet Movers saying that the puppy had arrived in Texas but failed the medical examination because he did not receive the correct vaccinations and Rabies Shot. I was shocked and speechless at that point because the breeder claimed he had been breeding and transporting puppies for years. How do you forget that? So I argued with him on the phone for hours and told him that I didn't have $1320 to send again and that as a breeder this was his mistake and he needs to take responsibility. He made it seem like he was taking care of the situation but came to find out that they were just playing me and I wasn't getting a puppy. I called Danel Jerry and told him to give me my money back and he said that he will return the $550 but that the $1080 didn't come to him so he couldn't give it to me. I told him that him and his partner need to quit this scam and just return my money. I tried to reason with them but it was of no use. I am working with the local police, FBI and also spreading the word around the internet as much as possible so others will not be a part of their scam. ALSO, I am blaming Western Union. They were part of a big lawsuit with the DOJ in Jan. 2017 and they were to have a fraud alert list that their cashiers were to notify the consumers of before completing the transaction. I am positive that I am not the only one who has been or will be a victim to these malicious individuals. Western Union had an obligation to make sure that their systems were updated periodically and let their customers know of any known scammers and frauds using Western Union. When I called them, they were telling me that it was my fault (which it is also) for sending money to people that I don't know and that there is nothing they can do. THAT IS FALSE! Do not believe them, they have an internal investigation team whom undergoes these investigations with the local police. THEY ARE REQUIRED to help out consumers who have been a victim of fraud. ALSO, they lack the responsibility of taking precaution of those receiving the cash, meaning they do not input the information of the receiver in their system and or copy their ID. It is standard security procedure for them to do this. In Conclusion, do not deal with these people. The names that I got from them were Danel Jerry, Brendon Caesar, Tabia Kevin, Brendon Perry and Antonio (Air Animal Pet Movers).
