Received call that I owed $4,100 for 6 months enrollment in B2T Solution. I remember receiving connection on computer and screen being taken over for my information to be put in. I was interrupted and I had to leave and when I returned the screen was disconnected (or so I thought). I prepared the check for $4,100 and sent it as instructed by certified mail to B2T Solution, P.O. Box 319, No. Hollywood, CA 91603. Something wasn"t right about this so I called a computer tech person and they examined my computer and told me I had been hacked and the person was still in my computer. I immediately called my bank and put a stop payment on my check. The computer repairman proceeded to block the intruder and install a firewall.

Three men in a marked pickup truck (there was signage on the door with a business name, phone number, etc) approached me in the Aldi parking lot to offer their car repair services. They told me they noticed damage on my front bumper (that I was already well aware of) and they could fix it while they already have the tools and parts on hand as they were coming from another job. Unfortunately they caught me in a vulnerable state because I had just locked my keys in my car and was already about to call for help. The lead man told me he could fix both sides of my number and open my driver’s side door to retrieve my keys for $250. This seemed a little pricey to me and I told him I was just going to call AAA to help with the lockout instead. He dropped the price to $150 and was persuading me that it would only take him and his guys 10-15 minutes to do the repair and it would be a great convenient deal. I was still hesitant so he dropped the price to $100 and at the point I felt like it was worth the convenience to pay him to get my keys and take care of the bumper fix. Everything ended up taking only 5 minutes if that and while they technically delivered on their promises, it was definitely not professional, quality work…He fixed the bumper with just a few screws to lock it back in place (thankfully out of sight so it technically did the job). But more upsetting was that the other guys who opened my car door to get my keys out left some dents and damage on the door in the process of prying it open. The lack of quality work is what ended up convincing me this was a scam, and then I saw them stopping another person in the parking lot to offer their “help” as I was driving away…

They towed the car with a VISIBLE handicap placard from a handicap spot. Many Google reviews show this is a common practice and scam for this company.

Nope it’s a bit scary. He said he can’t fix it now I have to wait 40 more minutes while he drives away his wife or girlfriend or someone came in to try to translate for him but I’m fully thinking he’s trying to snow me I think there’s two sets of people r the one called and I couldn’t hardly understand and they quoted $90 plus the 29.99 and then about 10 minutes later, somebody else called fully unaware that the first people called and gave me a totally different quote and I said this is totally weird and so now he comes in and he’s like shaking the locks and saying it’s loose and he’s got to change the whole lock, and not just re-key in giving me different quotes for a whole bunch more money and I’m like no I just want it to be re-keyed. He says he’s gonna be back in 40 minutes and I’m talking to the girl on the phone that I keep calling trying to explain to her. This doesn’t feel right to me now. I waited 3 1/2 hours for them to arrive the first time. I kept calling and they said they had an emergency and they were going to be later. and now he’s coming back 40 minutes later and it’s gonna be dark and I’m standing here by myself and I don’t like it and I don’t understand what’s going on.

I think the people that showed up were texting me. Someone from the company started texting me using this number:

616-318-4781

I’m the end I left because I was scared. Later I received a text saying that if all I wanted was to have the locks rekeyed they could do it tomorrow.

I was contacted via messenger after looking for an Air Duct service. This guy used the name "Max Maxwell" He told me they were running a half off special and that he could do the work for a flat $250 with absolutely no other charges. I had them come out to do the work. Within 10 min. of their arrival they had tried to up sell me to double the amount quoted. I kicked them off of my property. I hate these type of scammers, and want to warn others that they are unscrupulous liars.

Jaime Alexander perez worked for Alliance funding group and did financing for transportation vehicles. He would tell his clients they needed to pay an extra charge for their down payment. He took advantage of minorities and people who didn’t know the charge was nowhere to be found in the contract. He would pocket this money and gloat about it. He has now opened up his new company Ilex funding group and continues to do the same

Scammer did not disclose facts about future costs involved with the process until after original purchase made. Without future costs paid, the product is unusable. I asked for a refund after the future costs were disclosed, but no help was given. This was false advertising and consumer deception.

My business paid for a social media marketing and I was told to make the payment to their LLC, no services has been provided since. Now I can’t get in touch with them or heard from them

Been receiving mail regarding this company. I do not own a company nor did I open one. I want to report fraud.

The cell phone repair vendor charged me to replace a broken screen and created other issues once I paid for the service. Phone started turning off and on. The flex cable was damaged when they removed the screen and it caused the phone to turn off and on when the camera or microphone were being used. The phone was non operational. The iphone worked better when the screen was cracked. I took it back the next day to explain to them that they must have damaged the internal circuitry and they laughed. I asked for them to fix, but they said they would charge another fee to look at the phone. They blamed the issue on the battery and it would cost another $70 to fix. All they cared was the money and they would not explain the issue. The vendor needs to use diagnostic tools to scan the phones they repair before they take customers money. The business is located in the West Covina Mall, they are in the kiosk area on the 1st floor. Everyone beware and save your money and go somewhere else.
