I purchased a custom mug at the end of March. Not expensive at all. It was only $19. First week of April I received a confirmation email that my mug has been shipped. There was no tracking number which is unusual. It is now late April. No mug. I reached out to the seller through email. Email failed to send because a "Mail Delivery Subsystem" which means the seller's remote server is misconfigured. I reached out through the sellers website contact form instead. Still no response. I reached out to the seller through PayPal. No response. I've escalated this case through PayPal. Do not purchase anything from http://www.worlds-okayest.com This website/seller is a scam.
