On Dec1 2023 I placed an order for a customized wallet for my Son who is a veteran. After 2 weeks went by and price of wallet was deducted from my bank account, I had not received the order. When I inquired via email about the order, I was assured it had been shipped and gave a tracking info through Track718. Upon researching Track718, I found out it is a scam tracker meant to show delivered and therefore letting WorldGiftvip off the hook to grant a refund. I did refute the charge through my bank
