On Thursday, October 29th, 2020 at 8:28am CST – We received a request through our Customer Care email. Florence forwarded the request to me for follow-up. They provided the correct address, the website worked at the time. I called (using the phone number in the email) and spoke to Bob Wilson, who answered the phone. I sent them an email with our website so that they could select product. They selected product and asked how many pieces were in a carton, weights, all the standard questions. I sent them our credit application and requested either a resale certificate and/or their tax exempt certificate.

They sent:

• Completed Credit Application

• Financial Statement

• W-9

• 501 Tax Exemption Certificate

• They signed the order confirmations.

I have never heard of people scamming for tile before, but Kim Lothrop with the real World Vision said that these people are extremely good and that they’re getting lots of claims of this very same nature. Their emails, phones, contacts, websites, it all works until the bills come due.
