Received email saying I needed to zelle 2000$ for insurance on a bird I purchased that was refundable one I got the bird and after I paid received another email saying I needed to zelle more between 3-6000$ to purchase special crate to transport bird or they would be unable to transport I asked for refund on 2000$ and to forget it and never heard back despite numerous emails and calls
