This was a free trial offer, pay only shipping. Buy one product, but your results will be better if you use it with another product. Ordered Oct. 7, 2020 email came that it was shipped and when to expect it. It arrives few days later. Check my bank statement to find 2 charges from company for $99.82 and $99.84. Absolutely no mention of it being "monthly" charge! The supposedly regular price is $99.82 marked off as free. Now I have to make an appt. at my bank in order to have my debit card replaced, during Covid-19. I have nothing good to say about this company.

I pay my elderly mother-in-law's bills and noticed 2 charges of $99.84 and $99.82 listed on her cc bill as SPECIALHEALTH-RENEW and SPECIALHEALTH-GT. There was a prior billing in September with the same name however these charges were only $7.84 and $7.86. I asked her if she could verify these charges and she said she never ordered anything. I called 888-788-1832 to get the charges removed and spoke with a "supervisor" named "Dan Johnson." Dan said the charges were for a dietary supplement and when I asked for a website he said it was completeketo.com. Also, she has never received any products. Obviously, there is no such website. I asked him where they are located and he said West Hillsborough Ave, Tampa Florida. He was very rude and said he would only credit back $99. I told him that was unacceptable and I was going to file with the ScamPulse.com and dispute the charges with the cc company and said to go ahead. I called back a 2nd time minutes later and spoke with another rep who said she is in the Philippines. I asked to speak with Dan, who must have quickly traveled from Tampa to the Philippines because he got on the line. I hung up to call a third time. This time I spoke with a very polite man who said they are in the Philippines. He agreed to refund the two larger amounts and said it will take 10-14 days, which I will follow up on. He also canceled her account........THIS IS A SCAM. I feel sorry for older people who don't have someone checking over their bills for bogus charges
