On February 22nd 2020 I found a Bernese Mountain puppy at World Bernese Mountain Puppies, worldbernesemountainpuppies.com The website looked legit and very professional, I realized too late that this website was a SCAM. I spoke with a man named Bernard Nsaidzeka, if that’s his real name, I found later that he also uses another name of Myzarome Gordon to scam another couple for $1900 that tried to purchase a Bernese puppy.

I sent Bernard a $500 deposit on a $650 purchase price with an additional $150.00 to be sent later for the shipping cost. His email to me stated that the puppy was $650 but after I sent him the $500 deposit, he changed the price to $800 plus $150.00 for shipping. This was my first alert that something was wrong. I requested a refund of my deposit and was totally ignored.

Too late did I find a complaint on the ScamPulse.com of another couple who had been scammed by this same website using a different contact name and a different Zelle email to transfer funds for the purchase.

Names and emails that I know being used for this scam, I am sure there are others.

Bernard Nsaidzeka, Zelle: email : [email protected] , [email protected]

Phone: 859-279-0716

Myzarome Gordon, Zelle: email : [email protected]

The company took nothing for payment but Zelle. I had never used Zelle before, so I had to set up a Zelle account through my Wells Fargo bank account. I attempted to get a refund through Zelle and report this company and person as a scam only to find that there is no one that you can speak to at Zelle. Once the money had been sent from my Wells Fargo account through Zelle it was gone forever and could not be recovered. Needless to say, I will never use Zelle again to send any person or company money. Zelle’s service provides no one to speak to or report the scam that there service was being used for. I can’t believe that Wells Fargo or any bank would let customers send money through a service like Zelle.

I found a Bernese Mountain puppy for $800 on the World Bernese Mountain dog site. His name was Sam, a male 11weeks old. We were told the dog was $800 and $100 for shipping. I confirmed price of dog and shipping before sending a payment through Zelle. They took nothing but Zelle. He said he used U Ship (upetshipping) or Delta or American Airlines. My husband and I discussed driving to Oklahoma to pick him up but changed our mind and said ship him. He said he would have him shipped directly to our front door! I asked for video of the dog and he sent a couple pictures. The payment was sent he said he would register the puppy with the pet delivery company and they would provide tracking number and we’d get the puppy the next day. He gave us an email. [email protected], his name Myzarome Gordon. He sent tracking information # and shipping site information to check. Suddenly we get an email from shipping saying the puppy needs a special crate for shipping ($1,600)but we would get 98% refund once puppy got to our door. We could only send $1,000, so the breeder said he’d pay the rest and we could it to him later. Breeder said we get the dog the next day by noon, that we should check for an email. We got an email saying upetshipping needed another $800 to get the dog through quarantine at the Dallas airport. We called Dallas airport and they said they never heard of upetshipping! We were done!
