I ordered four patio heaters which together cost close to $500.00. They were said to arrive in 7 to 10 days. They should have arrived mid December and now it is mid January and they have not arrived. However, from the same company we received two desk top heaters which we did not ask for. They cost $10.00 a piece evidently. We call a number listed as 1(877)730-3374 . The fella who answers is the same guy every time. By his accent it sounds as if he is from India or perhaps Pakistan. I asked for a Bill of Lading so I can see its trek. This guy states all information is in the email which of course it is not. I did receive a confirmation email but it does not give specifics. Also on dubious import is the fact the email states they hope they can help me achieve my goals in looking better but I ordered a patio heater. I did get a tracking number which shows it arrived but it has not. Beware of this company and any company associated with the address 5215 S. Boyle Ave., Vernon, CA 90058. I researched the address and there are several companies linked to the address and all have the same complaints coming in. Huge scam I hope the FBI investigates.
