Received a 2025 - Annual Report For Oregon LLC. Information looks to be from the the government agency. This type of solicitation can easily be mistaken for official correspondence from the State of Oregon. Allowing scams like this to prey upon the consumer or a first time business owner should be investigated. It should be illegal for private agencies to send out legitimate state forms and adding a filing fee doubling the cost of filing directly is a scam. For individuals just starting an LLC, this type of correspondence is misleading and would cost the consumer $125 in addition to the actual $100 fee to file the report through the state directly. Organizations like Workplace Compliance Services should NOT be allowed to target individuals in this manner.
