If you're a new business, you'll receive a letter from C.P.S. This company is sending out fake "Biennial Statement Instruction Forms". C.P.S is asking for a $100 to $150 check or money order to be sent to them directly. It only costs $10 to $20 to file the legitimate form with most State. They are scammers and although they say they are not associated with the government, they are using serious copyright and design plagiarism to intimidate business owners into sending them money. I will also file a police report. Please help me support small business owners and action against these corrupt scammers by reporting them on all possible platforms.
