Responded to a hoobly ad for German Shepherd puppies for sale for $350. Seller required a $100 deposit to hold puppy since it was only a week old. I sent the seller (Kaitlyn Mesch) $100 through Cash App. She agreed to send pictures of the puppy every week. After the first week she stopped responding to my texts and I have not heard from her since.
