Saw a cute German shepherd puppy online and figured we would call and gather some info. It ended up seeming very legit until they started asking for puppy insurance so it can be flown to us, which was an extra $960. Insurance isn't required by law but the scammer was persistent about us buying it; stating by law that we need it. When we spoke over the phone he had an accent that was not from the state's so I immediately knew we got screwed. Be aware!
