I saw a Facebook ad (it appeared to be affiliated with Costco but likely wasn't) for self-watering raised planter beds. I ordered 2 on April 8, 2023 and my credit card was charged on April 10. I reached out to customer service through email on May 2 as I had not received the product and could not access information on the tracking site that was provided. I received an email that evening that my product had been delivered. However no planter boxes were ever delivered. Instead I received an envelope with 3 types of seeds for flowers. I contacted customer service again and requested a full refund for the purchase I never received. Over the next 3 days "Troy" with customer service told me that their company had made an error. To get the correct product first I would have to return the flower seeds, then they could send my correct order. I refused and again requested a full refund and a paid label to return the seeds. Next Troy told me they can no longer accept the seeds back because of customs charges but since they are more valuable than my original order I should just keep them. Offered a 10% refund for my order. I refused and demanded a full refund. Finally Troy suggested I try to sell the seeds to make a profit and offered a 20% refund. I refused. I disputed the charge with my credit card today. The website says the company is located in Hong Kong.
