I have been communicating on Facebook Messenger with a woman I have known for years. She is my best friends neighbor. She just contacted me today. We have not spoken in a while. She asked me if I had heard about this program called WCB. Worker Compensation Board. Set up by commission organization. It is for people all over the world. She asked if I ever received a mailing. I said no. She said this is a new program established by the federal government in conjunction with World Bank. This is to help people in society meet their needs. She received $50,000 delivered to her doorstep after she applied. She did not have to pay it back. She gave me a link to contact them She told me to click on the link to be taken to a Facebook Messenger. The link is M.me//2100028236210005 I did not click on. No no no. This sounded like a scam to me. I did think that this was my friend.
