I ordered a number of items from this company online and paid by credit card. I waited over a month and contacted them when I had not received anything. They responded to my e-mail, that someone would contact me within 48 hours. No one contacted me, and i tried again with the same results. The phone number i found for them is "not working or has been disconnected" I have contacted my credit card company who is returning the money to me.

I ordered 5 sweatshirts and it has been over a month. There is no contact number anywhere on the website and they don't answer the email address for you to contact. I want my money back because I have not received the merchandise and no way to get in touch with them. What a scam and do not buy anything from them!

I MADE A PURCHASE AT WORDANS ON APRIL 3, 2018. HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER OR REFUND

HAVE EMAILED THEM SEVERAL TIMES. IT'S BEEN OVER A MONTH NOW. I GET NO RESPONSE FROM

THEM EXCEPT AN AUTO REPLY. BEWARE

I ordered two sweatshirts from Wordans.com in December of 2017 that were never shipped. I contacted their customer service via email several times, only receiving automated responses and no product or refund.
