I too have had two issues with this company. Same scenario...order a product and receive either something completely different or something unusable. They are a scam stay away their game is purposeful you pay100.00 the offer 20, then 30, then 50 percent because of such a mistake. Meanwhile they keep all your money for nothing. Im looking for away to disrupt this time of business. They are preditors STAY AWAY. Spend your hard earned money someplace else!

Bought a product from ad on Facebook. Should have investigated better but fell for the 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Paid $65. via PayPal. No reply. Eventually received a box in about 5 weeks. Not at all as described. Fake junk. Emailed them to no avail. Would not allow me to return it. They finally agreed I can return it but they will not pay shipping back to China. I filed a claim with PayPal but PayPal says I need to return it. I don't want to pay more $ to ship a box back to China and likely not get a refund.

On July 8, 2020 I purchased a pair of wireless solar license plate rearview cameras from Woorte.com via an online purchased. I received the item on July 25, 2020. Unfortunately it wasn’t what I’d ordered. I was a wired version of the rearview camera, nothing like they advertised. So I emailed the company stating that I received the wrong item. Woorte’s reply was that it would be too

costly for me return the cameras, so I should keep the item and accept a 10% refund. I responded that I didn’t want and I have no use for this wired version of their product because I’m physically unable to install it. I also went onto mention that I didn’t order the wired version of the rearview camera, so why should I pay for the shipping in order to receive a full refund. The response I got from Woorte was another deal of 15% refund and keep the product, this dealing went on in several email exchanges with an increase in percentage of refund ( up to 35%). I refused their offers and I speculate they don’t even have the product they are advertising because there was no mention to exchange for the original wireless solar car license plate rearview camera. I’m currently disputing this with my credit card company.
