I was offered a loan of $5,000 with a 17% interest rate. I was required to make a collateral payment of $585 so that I can receive my loan amount as promised in the contract that I signed but I never received my funds as of today. I’ve been calling them nonstop to get this resolved but nothing has been done about it at all.

I was contacted by Ella James at Woodside Lending Solutions that I was approved for a $5000.00 Loan and the provisions of the loan were that I had to put up $681.00 as pre-payment and then they wanted another $681.00 saying the loan company wants that as collateral for the loan. I told Ella James that I didn’t want to do it and she informed me that the refund request has been processed and I’ll be getting my refund of $681.00. Here it is 3 weeks later and still no refund.
