I placed my order online on Thursday, February 27th with "standard" shipping. After almost a month of no updates on my delivery, I contact the company. They were no help, directing me to contact the delivery company directly, which is from China! when I demanded that they provide me an update, they just sent me what I was already seeing online when I would track the items I ordered, nothing more. I have been back and forth with them for two weeks now and it has been over a MONTH since I placed my initial order. The customer service tried to say that it take up to 3-weeks for delivery but it's been over a MONTH! When I demanded a refund they told me "If the final investigation results come out, we will refund you as long as it is not successfully delivered." Ummm, it's been over a MONTH without receiving anything! It might be $51.89 but you can't just take peoples money and not honor what you were supposed to deliver! Every time I respond with screenshots of the delivery and the last update being on March 12th, they keep on telling me to be "patient" and even tried to send me other complaints from customers, like that will make THIS situation better! Straight scammers! Never buy from woobilly.com!

Ordered 2 brawls and 2 leggings for Christmas for my daughter and never got it call usps the were never sent the merchandise to ship, just a label was created looking like it was getting ready to ship. E mailed many times with no responses. Asked for refund at the refund email no response. This company is a rip off.

When I ordered a bra from this company, I was never sent an email with purchase information or tracking information which is standard operating procedure. After I received the product, the label had an address listed in Chinese and the warehouse it was sent from was not a specific business location, it seemed to be a shared warehouse. I looked at my credit card statement to find the purchase and found the purchase listed with a different name stating doing business as "KEEPWAY" and the website listed was lilybras.com, though I ordered from "woobilly.com". The item had was in plastic and did not match the quality of the item listed on the website. I contacted the website through "lily bras" support email, and I was told after several back and forths I would get a partial refund; I told them this was not suitable as the item is deficient and they are now negotiating with me to give me a partial refund but refuse to offer a full refund instead and the process seems to be a scam.
