Definitely a scam. I've had a similar experience of not receiving what was ordered and interacting with a bogus "company rep" via email. They should be shut down immediately.

Ordered toilet paper back in March from Woo Kids for $33.70 with shipping. Suppose to be Great Northern Ultra 48 double rolls. Never received the order, asked for a refund. No answer. Obviously this site is a scam! Surprised PayPal did not pick up on that before allowing payment. Do not order anything from Woo-Kids!

This company is a scam! Don't do any business with them. I'm not even sure if they are a legitimate business. Definitely not in the US. They are a Chinese company taking advantage of US customers.

What I received is not what I ordered. Miniature rolls of toilet paper and not nearly as many as the ad said should have been two orders of 36. Receive 16 miniature rolls of nondescript toilet paper. Paid $60. Total scam

With the fear raising up before the lock down I went looking for toilet paper after work. I couldn't find any so I decided to order one from target. Target would not have any in stock. Looking for toilet paper I was directed woo-kids for toilet paper. I paid about 33 to 35 dollars. It's been 2 months now. I emailed an email address on my receipt that was emailed to me. I didn't think it was a scam since I recieved a receipt with cite name. I emailed them but it's been 2 days. And when j go into the website there is nothing. It jus says sorry website does not exit. Instead the website shows up on a scam article. And I read the same story as mine. When I read it, I felt so betrayed.

I ordered 2 packages of Northern Plush Double rolls from them in March. 3 weeks later I got the smallest, thinnest rolls wrapped in clear plastic with no manufacturers name. I contacted them via email and they admitted they didn’t send me the Northern that I ordered. Compare there tiny roll to a roll of Northern. They offered a full refund if I shipped back to China! I took it to a shipping store and they said the cost to return to China was $267! This company is a scam and ripped people off during a pandemic when we were most vulnerable. It’s not right.

I went to the Target website to order toilet paper. This product came up from "Woo-Kids". I ordered $60 worth of toilet paper and it appears to be a scam. Across the top of their web page "woo-kids.com", it says the toilet paper will be delivered to you,don't worry even when not going through the order link.
