do not fall for it
do not fall for it. i paid $104 to repair my ios system. guess what happened? nothing. instead it is advising me to wipe all data off the phone and download a clean ios version.

something i can do with Itunes...

so dont be like me - read reviews..

dont believe youtubers

I bought a product from Wondershare called DrFone-Erase. They sell many other products as well, but this one is supposed to erase an otherwise locked up Iphone. It failed to recognize my phone, so it didn't unlock it or erase the data to bring it back to factory condition like it was supposed to. When I finally got customer service, they wanted to blame it on everything from a bad internet connection to a bad USB cord to problems with my antivirus software. They claim to have a 7 day money back guarantee on data programs like Erase, but when I asked for a refund for my $19.95, they wanted to see a screenshot of their program saying it couldn't connect to my phone, and their logs. (hidden file). Then they wanted to get into my computer remotely, which I refused. Four times I asked for the refund they advertised, so instead they have my money, and I have software that doesn't work. I googled dr.Fone reviews, and on Amazon's reviews, 86% of reviewers gave them only 1 star. Don't buy this!!
