Wonderfulline Reports & Reviews (1)

Facebook advertised Frontline worker bears that sing and sway that are dressed in scrubs. There were nurse, physician, and surgeon bears that were to play songs like "I'll be there". These bears were sold on wonderfulline.com. The first thing I noticed was that upon placing the order it said paid to beautybuy6 vs wonderfulline with a strange email address. It took a little over two weeks to receive the product. When you tried to track the product it directed you to a website that was in Chinese. Upon finally receiving the product the bears they were not as advertised. They did not sing and dance. They did not have fur like the bears that were advertised. They fur was more like the texture of a baby washcloth and their scrubs were poorly sewn. In addition, they mailed the wrong items. I emailed them for a refund and was asked to provide pictures of the defective product. Then they emailed back that the ran out of the product and thats what they sent. They offered 10% off the next purchase and when I requested a full refund they said they said they can give me a $3 refund! I asked to speak with a manager and went on their website to process the return and when I called their customer care number 1-877-253-4927 it was out of service! I mentioned this to them in a subsequent email and now their website no longer exists. DO NOT PURCHASE!
