They ask "Is this Debra" and pause for confirmation and then go into "We are sending out envelopes for our annual drive.... They are trying to have you say "yes". I assume for future scam

Saw it was Womens Cancer and an Indiana number. I answered hello. Lady on the line used my first name questioning if it was me. I answered yes and she hung up. Called the number back and it is an invalid number. I am afraid it is one of those scams where they ask you a question requiring a yes or no answer.

I received a phone call on 06/14/2017 at 8:28 PM. The caller id indicated it was from "WOMENS CANCER 252-429-1254". After answering the call and saying "Hello", a female voice exclaimed my first name in a way that made it sound like the person knew me. I responded with "Yes?". The caller immediately hung up in response.

I believe this was a form of the "Can you hear me scam?" where I was tricked into saying the word "Yes" so that it could be recorded to justified a charge for something I did not agree to.

I contacted my telephone company this morning to report this incident, and then filled out ScamPulse.com and FCC complaints.

Received a call from Womens cancer and identified self as tori and said is this 'name'. I unfortunately said yes and realized what I did and hung up.

Scam call from 617-581-0776. Caller ID shows as 'Womens Cancer'. No such charity exists.

Received a phone call from this number. I asked for the name of the charity they were soliciting for. I was told Womans Cancer, www.womensrecovery.org. They asked me for my address. I asked them what they had for me and they did give me my correct address. They asked me to commit to donating. I asked them to send me something in the mail and I would consider at least the minimum donation of $10 after I research the company. They tried to get me to make the donation on a credit card but I declined. I spoke to 4 different people. I called the phone back. It does say Womens Cancer Fund. I didn't leave a message. I'm not sure but I do think this was a scam phone call. Please could you investigate. Thank you.
