I bought a magnetic incentive tool for my second grade classroom from this company. I ordered this on August 11. I was given a tracking number and it said that my item was sitting in a warehouse in Jamaica, New York. I continued to track my item, and every time I did that days date would appear as the day my item arrived at the warehouse in Jamaica, New York. I emailed the company three times. They responded back to me twice telling me that it would be arriving shortly. my credit card was charged immediately a $59.95. However it is almost a month later and the item is still not received. According to the tracking link this company gave me my item is still sitting in Jamaica, New York. I am not familiar with the tracking company that they gave me. I was charged, no item arrived, and they are not refunding my money.
