I ordered Nicco the puppy on July 30. It sat in customs for 2 weeks. It was delivered to the local post office. It was being held because of postage due. Company said they reshipped it. And gave a 15% discount (6.00 ooh). Still haven't received that either. They have screwed around so long that PayPal has closed the claim. So I'm just out.
