I suspect this is actually just a scam instead of a real business. I called the Mountain View location to ask if they had a Subzero refrigerator part in stock. The man who answered insisted on taking my email address "to unlock my system" to be able to search for the part. After taking my name, email address AND THE PART NUMBER and attempting to get more information from me, the man put me on hold. Then he came back online and told me they don't have the part because they are a repair shop and THEY DON'T SELL PARTS. I asked him why he collected my information if he knew they don't sell parts at all, and like a robot he just repeated that he had to collect my email to unlock his computer system. They have a broken/non-existent website yet are listed in several locations on Google maps. It seems they are just trying to collect information, for what purpose I don't know because at this point I hung up the phone.
