I found this business through an ad on my Facebook for wokknit which was advertising cat trees. I decided to buy one for my cat for Christmas. The website said it was secure so I thought it was safe. I paid the $50 and after over a month I received an empty package with the return address saying “online retailer”. I tried contacting this business through their email which was never responded to. I reported them to Facebook but they are still advertising and showing up on my page. The address on their website says they are located in London and the real business name is Meledo.
