I ordered zipster speed pipes from you before Christmas as a gift. When it was delivered, it was not in a box, just a plastic bag. The product appeared to have been used. The batteries were already installed in the little cars. I tried to contact you on your website where I purchased it and the site no longer exists. I tried to click on "View Your Order" and that doesn't go anywhere. I tried to click on "go to our store" and that doesn't go anywhere either. I think this is some kind of scam to get rid of unwanted inventory. I will forward this to the ScamPulse.com. *** ***, ***, NH

Multiple advertisements for this site on Facebook, and still currently seeing them. Purchased a jacket on 11/13/18. I have sent several emails to them regarding the shipment date and expected date to receive the product. I have received emails back acknowledging me but simply referring to their website and shipping policies. When you go to the website there is a customer service email but no phone number to contact the company. At times the website will say no longer available but then will be available later.
