After being drawn in by heavy advertising on facebook and a low-but-reasonable "last day" sale preice, I purchased a 3D Bluetooth SmoothGimbal Stabilizer for my cell phone. It shipped 2 days later (July 3rd) and arrived today (July 24th). I am in the US and the company appears to use the Wofun address in London.
I received a generic "L03" selfie stick with no vendor-identifying info on the box and none of the "stabilizing" capabilities. The product is completely different from what was advertised.
The charge on my card appears as "China Base" and there is no phone number or clear instruction to return for a refund-- the Wofun address can be found on the "Contact" page, and the return address on the packaging is "Tommy" in California (first name only). Satellite imagery shows that it's a warehouse shared with several import/export companies.
My credit card company is taking care of the charge.

Ordered a Massage Fascial Gun. Took 2 months to arrive. When it did, it did not charge or work. Email customer service and they offered $2 refund(gun cost $60) and I got to keep the gun. I have now had 10 emails with them and they are up $12 refund and I get to keep the broken item. Site is a total scam. Do not order from it..ever.

They create different site addresses using the Shopify platform and promote them on Facebook. I placed two orders in the site , and one of them ordered the wrong set, I mediately contact them through the email , requesting to change the order. The change would be less than what I paid. Simple had no communication, anything I wrote was ignored. Besides the $54 I had paid they tried to make me pay more $16, I explained that for the change they actually should refund me $3.99 and I reported that they charged me 15% of taxes, but the taxes should be 9.50%. Based on the overcharges and the bad communication I requested to cancel the order and the refund of the amount I had paid. Instead of doing that they started acting as I was happy with their service and didn't cancel the order. I requested 4 times to it be canceled and all that I received was confirmation that my order was shipped. I'm pretty sure that I will not receive that order and they will continue ignoring any email I send until they get rid of that email. they were completely ignoring what I was saying. These emails are robot pre-set responses, and or the customer service is done by people that do not speak English and have instructions to never cancel the orders or do refund them. I placed the order on June 7 and from that time to now (June 17) they already changed the site name and web address and created more Facebook pages. The new site is https://aprettysmlie.com.

Ordered a cat purse for my daughter but they never get back to you and say wait 7-20 days and it’s been 31 days. Asked them for tracer and they just don’t return any emails and there’s no phone number either. They stood 37.69 unfortunately from my cc.

I ran into the same situation as covered by the other complaints listed. My shoes were ordered on 3/20/20, $39.99 was immediately paid / taken and I have not yet received my order. On 4/28/20 I received an email from Pearlfeet saying there was a shipping delay due to COVID-19 and to please contact them if I did not receive my order within another week. Needless to say, I did not receive my order during the week following the Pearlfeet email and I have since followed up with 5 emails of my own - all without a response. This is a very professional scam but a scam nonetheless!

I ordered a pair of shoes at a cost of $39.99 money was immediately taken from my debit card. That was on May 5th 2020. I have been unable to contact them the only number given when you call it says you do not have enough funds to make this call! I have taken photocopies of all tracking information which ended at some port in China. I would like do you know who I can contact to report this scam and possibly get my money back! I am at my wit's end about what to do and I'm really pissed ??

They are using the shopify platform to scam people on facebook. One such store is mycrush.store and there is no way to contact them except through a shady email [email protected]

I also got scammed by mycrush, but they are now using [email protected] (.store?!) I have not gotten a reply after reporting that they sent a very cheap selfie stick instead of the smoothgimbal I ordered. A little research told me I needed to call my financial institution and Capital One is taking care of it..
The website is very sophisticated, appearing to include a ton of positive customer reviews, but closer examination shows they are all for the original product and no the seller. I think they lifted that entire page from Amazon. The site was built in 2020...

I've learned my lesson. But contact your financial institution if you haven't already. It's not technically fraud since apparently they aren't using people's card info fraudulently... the complaint is that the product received does not match the description.

I ordered a pair of shoes on April 11th. My debit card was immediately charged. I received a fake Chinese tracking number. Which never worked. I contacted support on April 21st and didn’t receive reply until April 29th. Saying it was a busy season for them and post office. With many typos I couldn’t really understand. Fast forward a week same thing contacted again asking for a tracking number or refund would not give me just said it’s busy. With many typos.
