So I’ve been searching for the right outdoor furniture for us and as you probably know Facebook picks up on your searches and has companies that pay FB to advertise their business as you would expect. There is an ad that is really “too good to be true” with full sets of outdoor furniture consisting of 7 or more pieces that do look nice and the site is really put together nicely for about $300 when most of the time they are over $1000. In closer view - I checked out the “About the Company” and it provided a bunch of fluff and no real information relating to where the company is located, etc. So I added the furniture to my cart and thought I would use a third party like PayPal to purchase it but there is no option for that. They want your credit card information directly. Me being the skeptic that I am, I’m researching the page and found the contact us link and it is to a specific person’s gmail account. I used white pages and found it to be “untrustworthy” and followed up with looking at the The better business bureau website. I don’t see anything on Better Business Bureau’s website. Im hesitant to shop there and would like to know for sure and if it is a scam people should be aware.
