There is no number to call this company. I've sent numerous emails through their website and have received no response. I initially paid for a Wloom power ball, a ball that is mainly used with cats. I paid the shop $28 in total to ship it. The tracking information stopped 10 days ago and has not moved since. I haven't received the item nor have had contact with the shop. They took my money and have not acted in good faith to help me return it. There is a "contract" that one must send via post but there isn't even a physical address for this shop, which leads me to believe this is a scam. It may not be alot of money to take, but they more than likely acquire the funds in this way, don't deliver the product, and won't refund since they won't answer, potentially accruing thousands.

Same thing just happened to me! They took the $28 out of my account and I wasn’t even sent the tracking number. I tried contacting them but there’s no one to contact. SCAM.
