I ordered the futon on Facebook email back & fourth now the email no longer exists? This is a rip-off

Facebook advertisement I purchased a futon couch that was on sale $39.99. They send receipt and tracking number AS063532266CN. Order was supoose to take 5-7 business days. I track the item it was in Chinese i couldn't read it. Now website been deleted for the tracking. I send numerous emails no response
