I ordered a wand from Wizardswands.com on November 19, 2023. I payed $69.99 for this item. The order was confirmed via email and I was provided with an order number. Since receiving that email, I received no other updates on the order or when it would be shipped. Obviously, I also never received the wand. I reached out via email to the email address provided on the website and in my confirmation email which was [email protected]. I sent my first email on December 10, 2023 and a second email on December 29, 2023. Both times I received a single response email from a Sarah Avery saying she would “look into it” and get back to me. I received no other correspondence after that. In addition, I submitted a complaint through the contact form embedded in this company’s website. I

received no response to this complaint. No one ever got back to me, even after I requested a refund.

I then reached out to ScamPulse.com and filed a complaint to get a refund. That is when I was informed by a ScamPulse.com representative that they had received several scam tracker reports about this “company.”

My husband ordered a Christmas gift from the company online on 12/10/22. A few weeks later he was notified his shipment would be late. A few weeks later he emailed them and Sarah Avery responded stating they were looking into it and trying to locate the package. After no further info and a few more weeks passing he again emailed Ms. Avery and asked for a refund. She stated that they can't issue a refund until the package is returned and since it was lost there was nothing she could do. Further emails were ignored
