On December 9th, a Facebook ad appeared showing a sweater that said, "I love dogs, you not so much." I placed an order that night for a sweater as an birthday present to myself. In the confirmation email it said the order would be shipped in 5-10 days. Well on day 7 it showed it had been shipped. From there, I would have no update until December 27th when the DHL tracking system would show it had reached my city that day. It notified me that it would delivered shortly there after. It is now January 12th, and it still hasn't been delivered. I have emailed WixTee support, and they have told me that it is not their problem if DHL lost the package and that they would not be refunding any money to me for me not receiving the order. They conveniently don't have phone support set up, and stopped responding to my emails. Nothing has been done by this company to right the wrong, and they do not care in the slightest. To date, I have received no product but they kept my money.
