I answered an ad from craigslist to work at home from a company called Witt Consulting. They sent me a link requesting that I begin an online pre-employment questionnaire, (from youtube), then after which they ask that I send them photo copies of my State ID, front back and at an 45 degree angle, after which I send it to a so called HR Manager who has the same contact number as: The senior Manager, and all other contacts regarding this company.

I complied.
