I ordered "1 x Fitbit - Charge 2 Activity Tracker + Heart Rate (Large) - Plum Silver" on "Order Date: Dec 5th 2016" under "Order #550877". The store has not changed the status and not shipped the product. I emailed twice in the last three days with no response. Today I called their phone number and it has been disconnected/changed with no updated number. I've already reported this to my credit card company and filed a disputed claim with them.
