Realicé una compra en esta plataforma, desde Enero de este año un soporte magnético en forma de L, para el celular en el automóvil. Orden # UAW91338. Hasta el día de hoy no tengo reporte del seguimiento de esta compra. Estoy denunciando, el robo descarado de ese dinero. Yo también me uno a otros que han sido estafados en todo el mundo, por esta plataforma fraudulenta. He puesto más de 4 correos y no he recibido respuesta alguna. Voy a publicar, en todas las redes sociales, la ESTAFA que están realizando y dar aviso a la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio aquí en Colombia

I had ordered a Hair Trimmer no WIG109326 23 Apr 20 for Rs 1300. Paid by HDFC Bank Debit card, on checking it was found that the merchant fraudlently taken $58.15. I imdt complianed to my Bankers, they imdt blocked my card and adviced me to raise a Dispute form with my Bank, which I did it Imdt . I imdt sent a mail to the merchant also to cancel my order and refund the money. Since then I must have send them 50 mails. with great difficulty, they confirmed the refund vide Refund Ticket No WISO4276329 by their mails dated 01Dec 20 and 06 jan 21. They promised to refund the amount within 4to 6 weeks wef 01 dec 20. Now they are not responding to my mails nor refunded the amount till now. I therefore request your kind auth to do the needful.

My order arrive 1 month late. No communication at all. No explanation on how to return when asked. What you buy is what you get, regardless of anything after the purchase. This company is a legit scam. Also, the product looks nothing like the pictures and is of terrible quality.

ACCORDING TO THE SYSTEM THE EMAIL ADDRESS DOES NOT EVEN EXIST.

IF THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, WHY CANNOT STEPS BE TAKEN AGAINST THEM AND THEY BE CLOSED FOR FURTHER SCAMMING INNOCENT AND TRUSTING PEOPLE!

Sir, Ihave ordered hair trimmer vide order No WIG 109326 for Rs1300 or so, I paid on line by HDFC Debit card on 23 Apr 20. They charged me in Dollars which comes to Rs4699! I immdt cancelled the order and requested refund . My Bankers blocked my card also and I imdt raised a dispute form with the bank, on the same day. I must have sent 50 mails for the past 6 months for refund. They have not refunded my money. They raised Refund Ticket No WISO 4276329 also on 16 july 20, and yet not refunded my money . I am a Retd Army Colonel aged 80yrs. They are harassing and torturing me mentally. They have no consideration for a Sr citizen like me. I sincerely requesting you to do the needful at the earliest. This company is a scam. When I placed my order, after seeing the ad on Facebook, the prices were quoted in Canadian dollars; when the transaction was placed, it was in American dollars. I immediately cancelled my order and it still charged my account. Their response was that the currency advertised is just for reference. Now it’s saying that it will take 4-6 weeks for my reimbursement IF my cancellation is accepted. Don’t buy from this company as it is completely unethical. I’ve made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau where there are a ton of negative reviews. This company should be SHUT DOWN.

I placed an order June 9, 2020 for the car scratch and dent removal. I still have not received items. No answer to emails and phone on this page is in a language I do not speak. They consistently send emails for additional items for purchase. I will not be doing that again!

I placed my order with Wishingoal Which is a interior cleaner for my car I made the payment for it on the 27/05/20 and there’s still no sign of my item I’m wanting to test it on my car I wouldn’t mind but I couldn’t even track my order because the tracking number I was given didn’t work ivve sent numerous emails trying to get to the bottom of this matter to no avail I’m not happy at all I’ll never use this company again
