Received an ad for Wish app and from the ad I purchased some items. I downloaded Wish app on Saturday, June 25th, 2022. After downloading the app, I could not get it to open. All sorts of problems! I received an email from Wish regarding tracking of my ordered items (and many, many regarding my items being processed etc.) Since I could never open the app, I deleted the app.Today around 3pm I received a scary email from my bank stating that my debit card had been fraulently used! Fishy, as this has NEVER HAPPENED TO ME EVER. I am 63 yrs old, frequently shop online. Funny that just 2 days after ordering from Wish, this happens!! HELP!

I started receiving all these packages. One package would delivered then two days later the same thing, and on and on. They were all coming from China. I call my bank and found it to be a scam. They took 275.00. My bank recovered it when I looked at the bank statement .The bad thing I never ordered anything from this company

I seen a walking treadmill pad on wish.com for ***. I ended up paying *** for delivery. It told me that my package will arrive on a Saturday. Saturday comes no package, it now says Monday. I check Monday it says that my package was delivered and signed for by a Flores. One whenever I receive a package from ups I never have to sign for them and 2 I live alone my last name is Bailey so I immediately knew something was not right. I tried to contact them and they don’t even have a phone number for me to call. I use the customer support chat and it literally only give you options that they want you to pick so they can respond how they want and then that’s it you can not say anything else that’s it. I received an email from multiple people regarding my complaint and it literally looks as though each one of them copied and pasted their response and sent it to me. They have not given me my money back and have a money back guarantee policy. That don’t make sense please do not order on wish.com it is a scam.

Wish told me that my electric bicycle was delivered .

BUT IT WAS NOT DELIVERED.

I placed the following WISH order on Jan. 30, 2021.

A little package did come from Wish BUT it was not my Electric Bicycle.

It was a cheap plastic light that I did not order BUT Wish is telling me that it was my Electric bicycle.

I feel that Wish cheated me.

Bait and switch on long-time customers, with an artificial 'due process' which is niether substantive nor procedurally whole.

I purchased and paid for a higher priced item, and was sent a much cheaper item. The regency offered was to return the item I received at my own expense, but the link provided didn't instructor me on how to do so, it didn't even show me the address to return the item to.

I tried to order three items from wish. It would not allow me to put my address in. My order was forced through with my credit card number. I live in the USA and the recipient stated I lived in Russia. I immediately called my credit card after I cancelled order. I will not know of any reprocussions until later.

Well I think everyone has a different opinion with this app, either you love it or you hate it. When I first started using their app to purchase many cool & unique items, surprisingly everything was fantastic but the main issue I had was that the items would eventually show up but majority of the time they would be anywhere between 3-8 weeks past the expected delivery date. Now part of their policy is that if your item is delivered late or doesn’t show up you are entitled to a refund. Now I have been told that my account has been flagged for excessive refunds and I will be put back in good standing by continuing to purchase from them. Now that is nothing but a scam in my eyes. How can they punish me like that when it’s in their policy? I am not allowed to take to a real customer service rep or get any more refunds until my account is put back into good standing

I and several people I know, bought stuff from these store and they got paid and never shipped all of the items ordered and paid for. They use paypal to collect the money. When I complained to paypal, WISH (ContextLogic Inc.) company locked me out of my account so that I cannot check my order or contact them. and they refuse to contact me about my order or my items that I have not received

From China, sizes are not whar you think, purchases don't come at all or late, if do get them they are not what you ordered, delivery dates are only estimates & change like the wheater!!

This company insist that you send them your personal paypal account information in order for the buyer to make purchases from the seller (WISH).

I continually asked 'WHY' they needed such information and the reply is the same.

They want a screenshot of your paypal account.

I believe this is a scam and or fraud.

Please dispose of these thieves immediately.

Thank you for all that you do for the publics ' welfare.
