I applied for the loan but did not sign the paperwork to finalize it. I keep getting emails to finalize the loan for a $20 gift card.. I was uncomfortable putting in my banking information and changed my bank passwords. I tried to call customer service 7 times and each time they act like they can’t hear me on the phone or hang up on my as soon as I say hello. Im actually on the phone calling agin for the 8th time hoping to get through. I’m afraid that my banking information and SSN Has been compromised and will need to take action for this.
