I attempted to verify my account on Wise but faced continuous issues with their automated verification system. It’s unnecessarily complicated and keeps failing despite submitting valid documents. I requested manual review or help several times, but they refused to offer support and insisted on using their broken system.

Their platform is difficult to use, support is unresponsive, and they do not care about fixing these serious issues. Other platforms are much faster, easier, and more respectful. Wise does not deserve its reputation unless it improves customer support and resolves these problems.
