I got a message on my landline to get in touch about a refund for technical support from WiseClient. I called back and spoke to a man, w/an accent, perhaps Indian, who said he was calling to refund me money from a tech support contract from 3 years ago because they were going out of business. He took control of my computer. He asked for my computer model number. He asked for my name, address and phone number. He asked for my debit card number so he could refund $399.00. I hung up on him. I called QVC support to get my computer cleaned.
