Went through the facebool page wisconsin dells condo deals to rent a 2 bedroom room for my daughters birthday. "Destin Vacat" aka Colleen Marie according to FB told me a confirmation would sent that night. I paid her through google pay. After many attempts asking for confirmation and many different answers on when I get the confirmation I finally recieved at the day of check in March 2024. When I arrived with my 4 kids they told me the timeshare holder checked into his timeshare 10 mins before me and didnt know why I was on his reservation and had no clue who I was. The Managers came out and wanted to know who I booked through. They are well aware of Colleen. Needless to say I had no room and had to spend $800 to rebook with Glacier Canyon. Colleen/Destin said they fullfilled their duty on their end. She will not refund me the money back and is now stating that she is going to go after me with her lawyer for "playing games".
