Wireless XT is a definite scan. Same thing happened to me. Now a year later they charged my credit card $100. Still trying to get this off my credit. Stay away!

ordered the ear buds for what they said was $9.99 shipping when I checked out there was another item I did not order and did not want for another $8.99 Disputing charges now with card company since this one herbihealthproducts.com has no record of my order

I received a text from my Phone provider (Verizon) confirming that they received my monthly phone bill payment. The text also had a message saying "Check out some great deals" and a link. I mistakenly believed that this was a legit third-party vendor that Verizon was working with. I bought the wireless earbuds at a low price and paid for the extended warranty.

I did get an order confirmation email and an email that it was shipped with a tracking number.

I never received the order. When I tried to email them, the email they provided bounced and send not found/undeliverable. So I know then, that I got scammed.

I contacted my credit card and disputed the charges of the purchase and warranty service. Then a couple of weeks go by and I received another email saying they will charge me (at much larger amount of money) that this is what I owe after the trial subscription. A subscription I never signed-up.

The emails all come from Wireless XT ([email protected]). They have the billing under different companies. The 1st company was "rlineprotechstore.com" and the 2nd company was billed under "fsfocushealthstore.com".

I believe they do this because they know you will dispute the charges and they will continue trying to bill your credit card under different companies names. You have to cancel your credit card and get a new card in order to stop them.

Wireless Xt offered free ear buds for only shipping costs. When I purchased the item the confirmation had additional fees which were blurred from Herbihealthproducts.com. When I called customer service at the number provided, they didn't have any knowledge of my order and it was someone's personal phone number. They claimed TBE ear buds were free for $9.99 shipping but deducted $17.98 from my debit card with future payments to Herbi health products. It's a scam.
