He called and asked if we received our service card for my tv. I said no we didn't receive a card. He went in the tv and had us run the channels and the sound up and down. He said I would have to have $149.99 for this service call. He said he would like to have a debit card. I said I didn't have a card anymore and he gave me the last 4 digits of my card and the last 4 digits of my social security number. I talked to **** on March 27th and March 14th I talked to **** to a man named Richard in customer service. He told me to check back in 2 weeks and would not accept this information.
