I ordered 2 football tracksuits from them. One for FC Barcelona and one for Brazil. I have yet to get my money back? I ordered on April 1st, but I was confused because they claimed I’d have it in a few days but it was nothing. So April 7th, I messaged them again, but I misunderstood them I guess and they said ‘it will be here in a few weeks.’ Okay, that was fine with me, but it was April 21st, 2 weeks later, and still nothing. I messaged them again and said ‘oh, sorry, it’s expected to be here by may 2nd. if not, we will give you a refund!’ It’s May 16th, where the [censored] is my refund? I have messaged them but I have yet to get a response. They’re ignoring me. I have tried being nice to them but I am so sad and angry right now. It might be a small amount of money to people, but to me, it’s a lot. Give me my money back bro.
