I got a call that I had won $cashiers check worth millions, a suitcase of cash, and a Mercedes Benz. First problem: wrong address. They went to a P O box & since they got me on the phone, I would not give them the new address. I got talked into buying green dot cards & sending them. The man was JOHN CARTER (referred to himself as "MR. Carter". Lied a lot. Supposed to meet me where I asked (was {police station), never showed up. Then was supposed to meet me at the bank. I sat in a hot car & missed work a whole day as he kept calling and saying he had to stop here or there. Then after I had paid all he said was needed, he was supposed to meet me at CVS parking lot -- didn't show up. Several days later, he called & said he had an emergency & had to fly back to San Diego, CA. {could not call me on a three hour trip?}. I still don't believe him. Each meeting has been followed by a lack of communication, then a lie. Now when I admit to him that I do not believe him, he starts screaming at me over the phone and blaming me for holding up my delivery. Once he talked me into getting a personal loan to buy cards. Another time, he talked me into buy and hocking a new, expensive computer for the cards. He was gone a few weeks..Now HE"S BACK! I think his is a game with this other man - Michael Petersuburg who claimed his delivery of cash and vehicle is from Publisher's Clearinghouse. I checked them, he got mad--but they say NO I have not won a prize & they have not sent a delivery agent to me. THEY BOTH KEEP HANGING AROUND THE STATE as if they are competing to see who will get my final money. NEITHER. They are BOTH NOT JUST SCAMMERS, THEY ARE COMPETING CROOKS!

A man called me saying his name was Michael Washington, he said he represented Winners International company associated with Publishers Clearing House. He said I had won $13.2 million and a 2021 Chevrolet car. He was very convincing. He started asking about my bank and if I had a checking or savings. I refused to tell him, he got irritated and said that’s ok they would find out when they came to give me the check. I researched him on Google and found it was a scam.
