November 10, 2022, I purchased a wig online @ MINEWIG.COM. After checking my banking account, I learned the company charged me twice. When I attempted to contact someone from the company, there was no number. I was communicating with someone from the company; however, it was like a child was speaking with me due to misspelled words and "chopped up sentences/responses to my inquiry. I went back and forth with the company about my refund without a reply. I waited for approximately three weeks, and the wig I ordered never came. Needless to say, I was scammed. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company for a full refund. Stay away from this company.
