I ordered a product and didn’t receive it. Website says they ship within 48 hours. I ordered on Jan 10th. I contacted them on Jan 26th saying I didn’t get any shipping info yet. No response and it is now Feb 2nd. I am working on getting a refund through PayPal. If you have a negative experience with them please report.
