A message showed up on my computer screen saying not to shut off my computer or it would be damaged and evidently our computer's security has been breached. A phone number for tech support was listed. I called and they have a Maryland address to send $250 to for the experts to resolve the hacker issue and that it would take 60-90 minutes for them to resolve the issue remotely.
