Virus hacked into to my pc, stating not to turn off my pc, if I did I would lose information and other things. It was a number to call, which I did,( 888-271-5301).Spoke to someone named Nancy Mathews. She kept me on the phone, said she would help. However, she asked for my name, email and my bank institution, I gave a false name and told her NO to my bank institution, she then hung up. This was suppose to be help from Microsoft windows.
